DINNER FOR TWO … or Tête à Tête (The Service for Lovers, Beloved & Honeymooners)

Booking an intimate " Tête à Tête " with Chef Mattisse is the perfect solution for any occasion to tell your beloved how much they mean to you. Indulge in the delicate aromas of your sumptuous candle light dinner and enjoy these unforgettable moments in the company of your special someone while Chef Mattisse leads you and your partner through a culinary adventure.

Option one: Chef Mattisse travels directly to your villa. While you relax with your beloved, a great menu awaits you, designed, prepared and served in the privacy and comfort of your own home by a professional private Chef.

Option two: You decide to move to one of Chef Mattisse’s places, e.g. to a small hamlet within the Chianti Classico area, an over 1000 years old monastry between Florence (25 km) and Siena (35 km). Enjoy and feel yourself at home in a cosy atmosphere, with Italian cuisine at its best and appropriate wine selections.

The service includes travel 100kms roundtrip or the rent of the establishment, daily shopping, all ingredients, the preparation of the selected menu, additional table setup (linnen, china, cutlery, glasses, candles, a printed menu & small place deco), bread, DOC or IGT red and white wine, water, dishing up and the final clean of the kitchen. NOT included are special vintages nor super Tuscan wines, but available on request. Further waiter service, flower compositions, live table music or whatever comes into your mind are, until possible, available on request.

He provided various Italian wines, which were fabulous, and 3 course meals that were creative, superbly presented and the finest quality!
